Step 6. You will then have to paste the serial number you copied in the box provided. Then you will follow the next steps as the site shows you by solving the verification code.

This Verification code is in place to ensure that you're not a malicious program(a bot).

Step 7: After all these, click on "Confirm" and it will take you to a new page that will load all your iPhone informations including whether it is brand new or not(refurbished).
